3. Quit smoking

4. Get enough rest

Consuming alcohol is an unhealthy lifestyle, while drug dependence will adversely affect your health in the long term. Alcohol and drugs can make the muscles and nerves in the back of the throat become relaxed to make it not work optimally, and cause snoring sound during sleep.
